Seal Stamp Requirements (self-inking, pre-ink, wooden)

IMPORTANT: The following documents are required to provide your Official Notary Seal Stamp. Please mail or fax the required documents to us.
If we do not receive this information, your order will not be processed.

• California, North Dakota, Oregon - Mail your ORIGINAL Certificate of Authorization.
• Guam - Send a COPY of your Commission Certificate AND mail your ORIGINAL, notarized Application for Seal.
• Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Dakota, Wisconsin - Mail a COPY of your Commission Certificate.
• Pennsylvania - Send a COPY of your Commission Certificate or Appointment Letter AND provide your city, township or borough and county of business.
• Hawaii - Send a COPY of your Letter of Passing.
• Nevada - Mail your ORIGINAL Certificate of Appointment.
• Texas - Send a COOPY of your Notary Commission Certificate. State Employees without a Notary Bond must note the following on their request when ordering seals: NOTARY WITHOUT BOND.
• Utah - Send COPY of your notarized Commission Certificate.
• Alabama, Washington D.C., Virgin Islands - Notary Seal Stamps not permitted by state; please select a Notary Seal Embosser.
• All Other States - Send a COPY of your Notary "Commission Certificate or Letter of Appointment.

IMPORTANT: The following documents are required to provide your Official Notary Seal Embosser. Please mail or fax the required documents to us.

• California, North Dakota, Oregon - Mail your ORIGINAL Certificate of Authorization.
